Whether you're travelling to discover the remarkable tastes of Old Town, explore the CSU campus, or simply bask in the beauty of Fort Collins, this location will put you in the heart of it all.

OUTDOOR LIVING: This garden-level suite is in the heart of Old Town, just steps from the Poudre River Trail, Lee Martinez Park and the Poudre Whitewater Park.
INDOOR LIVING: Multiple Smart TVs with Xfinity Stream, dining table with seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans, laptop-friendly workspace
KITCHEN: Kitchen with microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. There is no dishwasher.
BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer (shared with upper unit), linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, portable air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials. We do not have central A/C, but we have a stand-alone unit and fans available.
LOCATION: This home is very close to The Lincoln Center, Poudre River Whitewater Park, Fort Collins Discovery Museum, City Park, and Colorado State University. This is a fantastic space for parents visiting kids at CSU, business professionals, and anyone coming to explore our beautiful city.
FAQ: This home is a 2-unit over/under duplex. Although both spaces are fully private with their own access, please know that it is not sound proof and you may have interactions with the other guests. We ask for all parties to be courteous and respectful along with keeping quiet hours between 10pm-8am. Also, Fort Collins is a "train town" and the train tracks are about 5 blocks away. Some will notice the trains going by and some will not, each bedroom has a ceiling fan to offer white noise if needed.

Summary: Clean and quiet. Great set up for a couple with a good kitchen space. Great bedrooms. Shared off street parking is nice, but a little tight if you have a full-size vehicle (mid-size and compact would fit best). Short walk to Old Town, but you don't have the noise of Old Town. Hope to stay again!

Summary: Great location and comfortable. We walked almost everywhere. It was definitely a basement and you can hear the people upstairs. Thought could have been a little cleaner at arrival with all the cleaning rules and signs.

Summary: This is an amazing location, walking distance to all Old Town has to offer, in a well appointed two bedroom apartment. The check in was seamless and the manager extremely responsive and friendly. It is a basement apartment and a bit dark; I think a major improvement would be a small designated area for the basement dwellers to sit outside to observe the beauty of FoCo.
