Positive: Nice neighbourhood and close to grocery store and reasonably easy drive to downtown Winnipeg. Owner was nice and responded immediately to all our messages.

Positive: The place was clean and the hosts were very responsive to the key issues we had. They came by at around 11pm to bring all the supplies that were missing and we really appreciated that.

Negative: There was a mixup with the check-in date and the booking.com agent was not helpful in resolving this at all. We didn't like the fact that when we arrived the outside of the house was a complete disaster, but the owners fixed that relatively quickly. We also didn't like the fact there weren't enough towels, dishes, etc. but the owner fixed that relatively quickly as well.

Summary: The place really wasn't set up for 7 people. It should advertise 4 people maximum.
