Summary: Was able to book the day before due to plans falling through. Could not have been nicer!!!

Summary: Great place. The owners have done a nice job trying to keep it updated. Keep in mind kitchen cooking prep supplies were limited. We had to purchase a can opener and there were no cutting boards or sponges to wash dishes. Towels were also limited. Overall cute place that allowed for easy access to downtown. Would definitely rent again.

Summary: Parking was terrible but we managed. The home was clean, and comfortable. The host was easy to get in touch with. The neighborhood was not one to walk around in the night, a little sketchy but we slept well and were safely locked inside. It was perfect for our needs. We went to a late Eagles game; 6 miles away and needed a place to sleep before driving home.

Summary: My family and I stayed here because we were seeing an Eagles game and it is close to the stadium. It seems like people are trying to make this area nice but there were homeless people on the street and outside our car when we left at times. I didn't feel particularly safe walking around at night so we tried to be back by dark. The property itself is modern and homey. The stairs take some getting used to - they are steep and the hand rail doesn't go all the way to the top. The blinds in the bathroom have broken slats and need replaced. There are no closets or dressers in the bedrooms. There is a rack in the master for hanging clothes. We lived out of our stuitcases and made it work. There wasn't enough wash cloths and hand soap and no hand towels so we bought some at Target. An inconvenience since we were staying for 5 days. Also no pizza pans or cookie sheets to make food on. We did enjoy watching Netflix at night after sight seeing. We didn't use the hot tub because it was hot when we visited but it was nice to have that option. Overall, we could tell the owner tried to make it a nice rental and with a few tweaks, it can be a very nice place to stay.

Summary: We wanted to do all the touristy things Philly has to offer and our host was great at communication. We went to ishkabibbles, love park and Balboa steps. Love that they were all about 10-15 mins away. We made the best of our little vacation. Thank you for the suggestions.
