Positive: A very comfortable place to stay, luxurious for one person if you don't mind sharing the spacious living room and kitchen downstairs, but it would also be great for larger groups. It's well connected to central Philadelphia by train, where I spent most of my time, but coming back at the end of the day was a relaxing experience.

Positive: Excellent location, in a safe area (as far as I could tell) with lots of small delicious restaurants, bakeries, cafes that the host recommended. Short walk to a metro stop that takes you direct to downtown too!

Negative: The parking situation, while it is free, it is very difficult to find parking nearby, especially late at night.

Positive: Literally everything. Every detail is perfect, a truly exceptional experience. If you’re considering booking but on the fence, because of concerns about the up and coming neighborhood- just book it, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Negative: I wish there had been some counter space in the bathroom- for 2 high maintenance ladies on a long weekend. HOWEVER, it was perfectly fine. The bathroom is decorated so cute, and was fully stocked with everything we needed.

Summary: This is truly a hidden gem, and the perfect way to experience Philly!

Positive: This property is FABULOUS! Such care has gone into every detail. We stayed on the second floor. Beds were a dream, bathroom is beautiful and functional, common areas are so much fun to just sit and take in. And this place is CLEAN. So clean. It had every single thing we wanted and delivered it with style and flair.

Negative: People warned us the parking could be a challenge. We were there almost a week and only had 1 instance of needing to park a couple blocks away. I agree with other reviews that the neighborhood can feel a little sketch at night.

Summary: Fabulous, artistic, eclectic, roomy, clean, comfortable property with an owner who clearly knows what she’s doing. Book
