Positive: It was in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The owner was dog friendly and the yard was large. The price was reasonable and close to our family we were visiting. There were space heaters and warm bedding available for extra cold nights. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The beds were comfortable. Having access to Netflix was a nice perk. There is adequate space for a family. We so appreciated the washer and dryer for our long stay.

Negative: We were there during the coldest part of the year (it got down to about 17 degrees). The plumbing froze one night and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner. Had the pipes burst and we had to go through the booking.com process it would have been an emergent disaster. Having the owners direct line would have been helpful. Some of the furniture appeared to be quite fragile. We were there for a month and I worried we were going to outlive some of the furniture. There is a blender available but it is too small for smoothies. It is only good to use as a stirring apparatus.

Summary: This was a lovely little house for a long stay. We appreciate the owners remodel of an older home.

Positive: Very nice place for a get away. The cool AC was very nice. Was great to have keyless entry. It was close to family for our visit. Having a TV to watch at night was a plus. The place was clean and freshly updated. The nice hot shower after being outside was great. Having the little things like coffee maker and all the kitchen things to eat at home was very nice. The beds were comfortable like home. It was like having our own home away from home. The host was very informative and it was a place we would definitely stay at again.

Negative: It was all good.
