Summary: Very cozy. Nice mine theme. Charming. Lots of amenities to make the stay easy. Quiet neighborhood.Wine and snacks was appreciated. convenient to downtown restaurants. Bathrooms were amazing. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Easy drive to black canyon of the gunnison national park.Had a great stay.

Summary: Perfect little property. Inside was immaculate, all amenities were spot on, anything you need, they had it furnished with. Love the bathrooms, and kitchen and very comfortable living room. Will definitely book again, next time we come to Delta, CO. Property Manager was very responsive and helpful. And always felt I was talking with a good friend when communicating with them. Friendly and professional all around. We felt like we were at home.

Summary: This was perfect for us. Very clean and thoughtfully organized. It was also walking distance to Main Street so very convenient. It had everything we needed.

Summary: Great house with wonderful personality. Attention to detail throughout the house including bedrooms was wonderful. Would love to come back and enjoy the backyard, but loved the front porch sitting in the spring sunshine. Easy walking to downtown.

Summary: Perfect place for our 4 adults and one child (who just loved the bunk room). Amazing master suite. The kitchen was perfect for our breakfasts before going off to family in Delta for the Thanksgiving holiday. Hosts are quick to respond to messages. Housekeeping had the place spotless for our visit. Highly recommend.
