This cheerful 2-bedroom townhouse with 1.5 bathrooms is a whole house rental with a private balcony and a private attached garage. This property is great for short stays and ideal for long stays. It has a dedicated office space with a sit-stand desk, monitor, keyboard and ergonomic desk chair.
This property is conveniently located in Harbour Landing, Regina, Saskatchewan. It is seven (7) minutes away from Regina International Airport, eleven (11) minutes from the University of Regina and just five (5) minutes to the Grasslands and shopping, dining, and entertainment districts.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located townhouse condo. A travel bassinet and high chair are provided on request at the time of booking confirmation.
It’s good to familiarize yourself with the house rules:
1. No parties or events are allowed.
2. No smoking inside the condo. Use the driveway or garden outside.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
5. Leave your shoes on the shoes rack and tray next to the entryway closet.
6. Don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

8. Respect the check-in and check-out times.
9. Take extra care of the garage opener and TV remote. If lost, this will incur a replacement fee of $60 CAD each.

Summary: This is an amazing property! It felt brand new and was perfect for our stay. Very well appointed, with everything you could want. The garage was welcome with the weather being a little wet. Location is also very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Close but not too close. And very quiet. With nobody above or below, there's almost no noise transfer from the neighbours. Having free Netflix (along with cable so I could watch the hockey game) was a very nice touch, as was the basket of snacks left by our host. I can't recommend this property highly enough. Ren is an amazing host with an amazing place! One note: if you have an issue with stairs, you're going to be sad here. Don't be sad, look elsewhere.
