Enjoy a getaway in a “like new” waterfront condo. This is a two-story condo in small building property along the Herring River in West Harwich. The townhouse style condo has two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor and a designer kitchen and living area with two-piece bath on the second floor. Sleeps four comfortably in two queen beds. There are hardwood floors throughout, and comfortable/upscale furnishings. The living area has a gas fireplace to keep you warm during evening activities. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, queen bed with goose down pillows and nautical-theme decor! Sliders exit stairs to backside of property and to basement door. The second bedroom was remodeled in 2022 and has a queen bed. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the upscale Ninja cookware and Chicago Cutlery knives. The living area is open concept with a cozy table for two at the window overlooking the Herring River. The table can be opened up to seat four. There is a door to a balcony off the living area with western exposure overlooking the river.
Bring your iPod or iPhone and plug into the Bose table radio in the kitchen and Philips radio in the master bedroom.
Assorted beach games are included (horseshoes, ball toss).
There is a DVD unit and Smart Samsung HD TV with internet capability. Xfinity cable service with 140+ channels. WiFi included.
The condo has two kayaks that are available for use on the river. The river goes upstream to marshlands and downstream to Nantucket Sound. Bring your own boat and put it in the river at the boat ramp in front of the complex.
Local beach access is at Pleasant Road Beach which is 7/10 mile away. Services include beach wheelchair, lifeguards and restrooms.

Summary: The property had everything we needed for our stay and we would stay here again. It's in a great location in Harwich with easy access to the local restaurants, beach, supermarket etc. It's spacious (especially the living area), clean and well equipped with great outdoor space (balcony & communal seating firepit area). Particular highlight for us was having the 2 kayaks included so we could kayak daily and see seals, otters & birds. Property overlooks the beautiful Herring River (accessible all hours) with a public slip way in front of the property for easy access to the water. Great location for exploring the Cape and the owner Doug was very helpful with our questions and providing info.

Summary: Wonderful host and well equipped townhouse. Nice layout with the kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry upstairs. Perfect spot for morning coffee on the deck overlooking the Herring River. Thoughtful amenities, including kayaks and fishing gear. We would absolutely stay here again and we would recommend it to our friends.

Summary: Doug’s place was excellent! The view from the living room overlooking the river was gorgeous, especially for our snowy Christmas. The bed was very comfortable and the living space cozy. The kitchen had ample space, and was well stocked with all supplies needed, and we really appreciated the washer/dryer. The only tricky spot we had was with the lock box for the house key, the latch was hard to undo and took us a bit to figure out before we were able to pop it open. We would happily stay here again in any season!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at OceanCove for a month. Location on route 28 was convenient. The view of the Herring River and the sunsets were very nice. Took us awhile to adjust to the traffic noise. Overall a very nice property. The owner was responsive to a few minor problems.

Summary: My two boys, my mom and I all got to stay at this amazing home. Doug was fantastic and checked up. Ia text to make sure everything was good. The home was very clean and had absolutely everything you needed in it. The marshes were right outside the home and we saw beautiful sunsets and access to the kayaks was definitely a plus. The location is also perfect. I’m so glad I rented this home. It was perfect for our stay!!!

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay in this Harwich condo. The location was perfect for us and the town beach is just a short walk and it's really nice. The condo has everything you could possibly need. It's extremely well decorated and beds are comfy. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again.
