Summary: Cabin was well maintained and reasonably equipped. The area was very quiet. If you are visiting the Theodore Roosevelt Park this location is great. Be advised the term cozy means just that. The cabin is small with minimal counter space and table space but fits two adults. If there are more persons and you were stuck-in on a rainy day you might find it very confining. The host was easy to contact, internet work well and seating consisted of three reclining chairs and three stool chairs for the small table.

Summary: It was perfect for a visit to the north loop of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Cabin was very clean with modern amenities. The ability to do laundry was a real plus. Very quiet environment.

Summary: The quiet and dark of the location were good. As VRBO's go, not our best experience by far. Minimal cooking utensils, no dish towels, one washcloth and hand towel, and an undersized air conditioner. The photos we saw when booking showed a mini split which is much more quiet and efficient. We had to take out our trash on the way out and wash dishes without a dish towel. Mattresses were not the best. No face to face contact with the host. Expected more for the price we paid. A big contrast to other VRBO rentals.

Summary: Quiet, clean cabin on a working beef cattle farm. Badlands views were about a half mile down the road. We hiked in both units of the TRNP. Beautiful views! Nearest grocery store is at least half an hour or more away. Greeted by Sassy (black cat) was awesome! Friendly property managers. We would definitely stay there again.
