Negative: I dont like the fact that these ppl are money hungry they made up lies we only stayed one night they first said charging 500 for staying 1 hour over them ir turned to we messed some up so they was charging 500 the we broke some next i had to many children there then they said we stole some thing n they filed a police report on me and im going to jail my son filmed nothing being wrong n he also have house claners saying nothing was messed up

Positive: Fantastic place. Best of all is the customer service. Owner was availabale for contact 24 hours a day. We did have a couple questios and he/she responded inmmediately. Place is brand new, extremely clean, superior location (for our purposes, location was perfect). One of the best AirB&B I've stayed at and will do it again next time I´m in Auston.

Negative: We stayed 4 nights. Maybe it would be practical have a better supply of napkings, trashbags, diswasher pods, laundry/washer pods, toilet papaer, etc. We ran out of all those. It depends on the length of the stay.. but it´s no big deal, we purchased some more but it would be convenient to have more available.

Summary: Absoluteley fantastic place, will stay here again without a doubt.
