Summary: You are not getting luxury, but you are getting a cozy place near everything in Sarasota. It was exactly what I wanted for a week of house hunting all around Sarasota and Venice. There are two spacious bedrooms. We only needed one, but it was nice to use the other just to keep our clothes well organized. I would recommend Tracey's cottage for a short stay of a week or so.

Summary: Great place to stay. I messed up my days that we booked and she refunded r a day. She didn’t have to. It was really appreciated. We got to check in early, which was great. House was clean and well equipped. I would stay there again

Summary: We had one week to enjoy Sarasota. This unit needs a serious cleaning. We do not think it was cleaned before we checked in. There was white dog hair everywhere, and hair in the bathtub. There were so many ants in the kitchen we could not use the countertops. The house and garage smells like dog pee. The biggest disappointment was there were no bikes in the garage, even though the picture on the rental site showed bikes. Because of that, we did not bring our bikes with us. Those pictures need to be updated. The site also does not say that the washer and dryer are shared with a back rental unit. We thought we had the whole house. Very disappointed!

Summary: Cozy cottage with everything you will need. I stayed 2 weeks. Close to hospital, downtown, grocery store, everything. Dog friendly, I brought my bulldog. Comfortable beds. Easy communication with owner.

Summary: The place had very comfortable seating and beds and all the necessary equipment needed for our 9 night stay. The host was very accommodating and helpful to us. It is just a few miles from the airport and from family that we were visiting. It was quiet and private.
