Summary: We really loved this place. It is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. It's a really nice space to hang out and relax. There are lots of thoughtful details like coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash and other amenities that you don't always have in a rental. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. The bathroom is super nice (rain shower and soaking tub) and the bed is comfortable. The neighborhood is great. It is a short walk up to Hawthorne or down to Division for dining, shopping etc. It was easy to get around using mass transit and was close to several bus lines. We would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Summary: I chose this property because of the location mainly however the stay was a huge plus. We were walking distance from so many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We barely drove this trip. We stayed for a week and Marissa was very responsive, helpful and made sure our trip was as smooth as possible. The only thing to note is that she and one other do live at this location so keep in mind that if you don’t like hearing others walking around or doing activities at night then I would double check other listings. But U overall had an amazing stay and when I come back to Portland this will definitely be on my list!

Summary: Marissa was such a great host! She provided everything you might need (snacks, bubble bath and bombs, makeup remover, Q tips…) and she replied back to messages so fast! Location was a plus.

Summary: Marissa provided a wonderful space and was very accomodating! The bath rub is out of this world. Very close to a lot of fun places. We went to the Thai Farmhouse, only a few blocks away. Marissa told us about that too! Great place and great lady! I would defifntely rent from Marissa again
