Summary: Very noisy, no soundproofing in ceiling, constant banging, dragging and sliding in the apartment above sometimes until late at night.Hvac broken (forced to move out for a day so they could replace it, but did not fix it) Used portable heaters which often tripped the electric circuit.Was given an incomplete access code so couldn't get into the apartment.Spent 2 hours trying to get the heat fixed upon arrival.Vrbo has no direct communication with an "owner" so problems can not be easily addressed.Terrible.

Summary: Very comfortable space. Assume the owner/manager is new to this, so maybe a little grace. Lack of communication and information regarding getting in and checking out was very stressful. Had to contact VRBO directly to prompt access information.
