Summary: I loved this spacious unit with beautiful floors and comfortable, stylish furnishings. I slept well! The bed was very comfortable. I had a hard time with the keyless, put in a code door. It required a little bit of finesse, which I didn’t have after a long day of traveling and the warm temperature. I got the hang of it though. I would stay here again.

Summary: We came for the Memphis Monster Con and had a BLAST! Overall the place we stayed at was very nice especially since my husband and I live with our 17 year old nephew and my 82 year old father in law and it is quite stressful, our cooper young apartment was quite except for the occasional crazy commotion from the neighbors in apartment , but we will definitely be coming back the next time the monster con is in town!!! Definitely recommend for someone else to stay and our host was quick to respond with any issues we had but it was minor!!

Summary: The stay at the rental was actually nice. It was clean and comfortable and had everything that you needed. The problem was with the security check in process. I nearly had to cancel because of the problems getting the information to the check in personnel.

Summary: First time in Memphis, the stay at this place is loud with trains and airplanes. Also you can hear the neighbors who are staying in the other side, plus the entrance is a screen door that is not locked the people next door came in and out all night. If you want quiet this isn’t it. Owner is great at communicating.
