Positive: Undoubtedly the most comfortable, welcoming place we’ve visited in our 120 day trek through Europe and England! The guest house is roomy, well supplied, comfortable and everything one could want in a retreat space. It’s also in a beautiful wooded farmland, but not too far (a 30 minute walk to Moretonhampstead) and right on the border of an interesting area of Dartmoor. Most of all-the host family was really kind and helpful. We’d have stayed longer if we could!

Positive: We loved the log burner, the shower room with underfloor heating, the very comfy bed and balcony, which we were going to use for coffee but on our visit too chilly, good kitchen facilities, everything there

Positive: What not to like about that property? Wendy is an exceptional host, the property (especially after 7 hours' drive) was a delight and it is a place I will wholeheartedly recommend to both friends and family.
Negative: It is not easy to find. The sat nav directs you to a very narrow lane. Wendy, however, provided written directions accompanied by images, which was helpful.
