Positive: The location was great! Next to public transportation, shops, supermarket. So centrally located but the atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxed. The lobby area was nicely decorated with a lot of books and plants and very quiet, also in the room you did not hear anything despite being in the city centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for long stay since it had a kitchen but still had the nice luxurious feeling of a hotel room with bathtub, which I love.

Positive: Central location. Friendly helpful reception staff. Bed was comfortable.

Negative: The room was not clean. Had a severe allergic reaction on first night due to a dog blanket left on the couch ( ambulance was called in). Subsequently, I suffered allergic bronchitis and had poor nights due to tight chest and racking cough for the entire duration of my stay. On coser inspection,room surfaces were dusty, and the sanitary ware ( basin and toilet) were not cleaned for my entire stay. Despite speaking to manager the issue of dust was not addressed satisfactorily. I felt my complaints were not deemed valid or important.
