Summary: Staff was very friendly but the phone was not working and it was never fixed. Also, we had no hot water since a pipe broke so we had to sleep with no heating

Summary: Didn't love the $250 incidentals hold, W times square only held $100 so I don't understand why a lower end courtyard in DC needs such a high hold. The room was fine I had no real complaints, multiple opportunities to improve on cleanliness. I don't even comment on customer service anymore because it's extinct.

Summary: During the stay staff wasn’t courteous at all. And seemed disengaged and bothered when approached for any questions specially at the front desk. We stay at so many Marriott’s all over and this was by far the worst experience

Summary: The breakfast was ok. Bacon was over cooked. Coffee was cold. I was disappointed that when I asked about a tour information, your staff didn’t have much information. I was told to take the subway. I don’t reside in Washington and have no clue about the subway
