Positive: The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower head was installed high enough, so I didn't have to try to play limbo to wash my hair as I am 6' tall.

Negative: It’s a downtown location in a larger city across the street from a bar. Having multiple stays to NYC and knowing there are windows that insulate a lot of city sounds, I didn't think twice about it. This property unfortunately hasn't invested in more then basic windows though unfortunately and you could hear everything from the basic car traffic going down the road to the every siren that went by and shouting from the bar. There was a white noise maker, and a sign to use the complimentary earplugs available (they weren't in the room) so they are aware of the issue they just have invested enough to really help make it better.

Positive: The hotel lobby and staff were welcoming. We came to Syracuse to meet up with relatives. We only required a bed for the night, which was very comfortable

Negative: On a one night visit there wasn't time to become dissatisfied with anything and I'm pretty sure there would be nothing unsatisfactory in any case
