There are lots of activities right on premises. Try your luck at fishing (catch & release/fishing poles provided), take a lovely stroll around the lake and take in the scenery including a babbling creek and waterfall, play some tennis or take a dip in the large community swimming pool or hot tub. Gas barbeque grills are located throughout the facility as well.
There are many options if you’d like to venture out and take in the sights and sounds of Phoenix. This central location makes it easy to take in all that Arizona has to offer! Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best barbeque in the US), Garcia’s authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Black Angus, Chili's, plus many more. Summary: Stayed for my husband’s graduation with my in laws and we enjoyed a great time! Beds were comfortable seating was cozy and kitchen well equipped. Patio was relaxing and inviting with the beautiful lake view!

Summary: We had a nice stay, and the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We did find some issues, the shower head in the guest bathroom loose and would not stay in place as we tried to adjust it. Then we were looking forward to enjoying some pool time, but found out only a few days before our stay that the pool was closed for repair. We did appreciate the beautiful lake view from the balcony! Overall, it was good!

Summary: Our family really enjoyed this condo. The owner was very responsive, and met us on the first night to make sure that we got in. It has an awesome screened in porch overlooking the pond. A cool place to relax with ceiling fan on in the mornings! Everything you need for you stay was provided to us (towels for bath and pool, pickleball equipment, laundry detergent, and linens). Very nicely appointed and clean!The only minor drawback was the area. A couple of blocks away seemed a little run down, but nothing overly concerning. It definitely seemed like an "emerging" area and very close to a lot of things. Overall I highly recommend this condo!

Summary: Our family of 4 thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was heated and the pond was beautiful to take a stroll by. Everything was clean and nicely updated. We will be staying again we when come back to visit family.

Summary: The beds were very comfortable and the condo was both clean and appeared newly updated. The kitchen has everything you would need for preparing quick meals and the coffee pot was a dual coffee pot/k-cup machine, which we hadn't seen before but used every morning. We used the screened-in porch several times which looks out over a secure nice walking path around the pond. My husband used both the pool and the hot tub which he said were also clean and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The three of us, all in our 70's, only stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer. The unit is very recently modernized; all the finishes are lovely. It was fully equipped with more than adequate linens and supplies. The beds were more comfortable than the one I have at home! The view from the screened balcony was priceless: a lake with waterfowl who talked to us while we had coffee. The location is convenient to the freeway making getting around easy, but very quiet. I would highly recommend this rental!

Summary: Visiting for baseball spring training and this place’s deck was perfect to have our morning coffee and an evening wine. The birds in the pond were fun to watch and the trail was nice quick trail to get moving a little before starting the day.
