Summary: The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a pleasant stay. One thing to be aware of is that the property does not offer breakfast, and the pool and hot tub are no longer available. I was told they have been closed for over three years, although the listing photos still show a pool, which was a bit misleading. Updating the photos would help set the right expectations for future guests.

Summary: Room was clean but all rooms need a refresh. We stay at this location a few times a year. Lobby is laid out so well. Great location.

Summary: The pool is gone, not sure why. There is also no blow dryer in the bathroom. I've never been in a hotel that doesn't have one. Check out time is noon, which is amazing. Walls are paper thin, so be prepared. I heard things that I don't wanna hear again.

Summary: I booked this, on 4/13/26, for an overnight stay, before my daughter’s college tour at Middlebury College. I was pleasantly impressed with the Courtyard Middlebury. We arrived the evening before, just needing a place to sleep. The staff at the front desk was very nice. There are not much amenities, but they did have a fitness room, which was all that I needed. It is across from a plaza with stores and restaurants, so it was convenient. I would definitely recommend it.

Summary: We were in Middlebury to visit the college. The location of the hotel was convenient. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is an extra cost, and not very good. Would return
