Positive: The Inn was cozy on a snowy night! We didn’t stay at the ‘big’ house so had to walk up to breakfast, however the short walk increased our appetites for an outstanding meal!!

Positive: Swift House Inn was great. We stayed in the main house. The room was plenty big for three. Tastefully decorated. We had dinner and breakfast at Jessica’s (their restaurant). Delicious and convenient. Location is great for dropping our daughter off at Middlebury College.

Negative: It was cold and the parking lot is a bit removed from the main house. You have to cross a small street. Not a huge problem unless anybody is mobility challenged.

Positive: I thought it was outstanding. Extremely clean, thoughtful decor, attentive staff, beautiful surroundings, comfortable bed, spacious and well maintained bathroom.

Negative: No refrigerator in room. Ice had to be acquired from another building.
