Positive: We had a clogged up vanity sink. Hubby fixed it after we waited on a technician for a period of time.

Negative: The fridge was powered off and had a smell to it.

Positive: The breakfast was average but good. The expresso machine was out of service. The whirlpool tub was really nice. The pool was on the small side. The beds were very comfortable.

Negative: I wish the staff would have given me a rating card from the bar area. Instead they gave it to the person who was not paying for anything at the hotel.

Summary: It was a clean hotel. Nice staff.

Positive: Nice, clean room.

Negative: No free coffee, no blow dryer in the room. Went to.counter and was given what ended up to be a broken dryer. I feel like the value is not there when you are being charged as much as other like hotels but at others you get a free bagel at Courtyard you pay $8 and have to.wait for it because 15 other people are ordering breakfast also. It was a weird mix of trying to be a restaurant, but not.
