Positive: Nice hotel next to the lake - rooms are clean and staff helpful. I would recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Negative: Breakfast choice wasn't excellent compared to other Courtyard properties in Korea.

Positive: The best choice as a business hotel in Sejong city. It was a better accommodation because it had a terrace, and the 12 o'clock check-out was very attractive. The staff are also friendly, Charging outlets are conveniently located everywhere. There was a convenience store right next door, so it was easy to buy beer. I plan to visit again during my next Sejong meeting.

Positive: The hotel features large, well-thought-out rooms and spacious, well-equipped bathrooms. Because it’s a large property, having plenty of elevators makes getting to the higher floors quick and easy. Breakfast was good, using high-quality ingredients. Additionally, the staff is welcoming and most speak good English.

Negative: On the downside, the hotel lacks a pool or sauna, which you would expect at this price point. In the restaurant, some staff members do not speak English and struggled to properly serve guests - for a hotel of this caliber, the hiring and training standards should be higher. There was also a maintenance issue in the bathroom, as water constantly leaked onto the floor during showers, likely due to a poor silicone seal. Finally, checkout was a frustrating experience, we had to explain four times that we needed a company receipt, as the front desk staff seemed completely unfamiliar with how to issue one.

Positive: Staff were incredibly warm and accomodating to my family. The breakfast has a very large range of food and drinks to appease anyones liking. We ordered room service one night and it was prompt and delicious. You are within walking distance to the loads of restaurants and shops. The National museum is about 1.5km as well! Next door there is a fantastic botanical garden with loads of things for the kids to do!

Negative: The shower was luke warm at max heat.
