Summary: This place was just meh, at best. We tried calling down to the front desk a few times and no one ever answered. Then when I went down to ask my question, the guy was outside smoking both times. A/C in lobby was not working so miserable down there. Little snack shop was out of almost everything. Nothing outrageous, just annoying to deal with after traveling all day and wanting to rest.

Summary: Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Summary: Air conditioner was extremely loud. There was also a continuous whirling in our room that did not come from the ac unit or the refrigerator. We booked a king bed but the hotel assigned us two double beds. The person at check in was very helpful in fixing the mistake.

Summary: Good price, super friendly and helpful staff! I booked through hotels.com and by using a third party, there was some type of glitch. The guy at the front desk worked really hard to try and resolve it and get me the room that I originally booked. He was able to upgrade me and still get me a balcony room. I really appreciate the extra leg work that he put in to accommodate the situation. Most people wouldn’t have. Much appreciated!
