Positive: People at reception and restaurant were polite ,kind, and very helpful.

Negative: There was no bottle of water for drinking in the room.First day there were only 2 small bottles.We were there for 4 days.At reception they sold everything except water.But you can buy from the restaurant bottle water and they are very expensive. I thought it was very unfair.Most of the Hotel in London gives a free bottle of water every day.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay the hotel itself was lovely and clean with great facilities and felt very Christmassy with the decorations up. The staff were also very friendly and very helpful.

Negative: We were really not happy with the fact that at 6:33am in the morning we were woken up by another customer being able to access our room with a key card who walked in switched the lights on and woke us up this was not acceptable and disturb our sleep.

Summary: Really pleased with our stay overall but was ruined by a complete stranger being able to access room

Negative: The wash hand basing is clogging and this needs to be checked often and often , rather than that it was a nice experience
