Positive: Adrian gave clear instructions about entry to the property, key, etc. Very friendly and helpful on my arrival. Parking on green very close to house. Room small but comfortable, clean and warm. Excellent Wifi. Other guests quiet and considerate. Kitchen very generously provisioned with a variety of foods for self-service breakfast, plus well stocked with kitchen utensils, pans, etc. for cooking your own evening meal if you needed. Shared bathroom clean, with good shower and both shower gel and shampoo provided - thank you, Adrian.

Negative: The kitchen cupboard shelf containing the spices was very dirty, and someone had left a used knife in it.

Summary: Excellent value for money in a comfortable and generously equipped B&B - would happily stay again.

Positive: The room was clean and tidy as well as the shared bathroom and the kitchen which you can use it freely. The garden looked lovely from my window, but sadly I did not have the chance to try it myself. The host was very friendly and answered to all my requests, which made my visit even easier.

Negative: In the property itself; nothing. The only thing I did not like was the location. this won't be an issue if you have a car since Didcot is a small town, but since I was relying on buses it was a bit hard. Most of the time I needed to walk between 20 to 30 minutes to reach where I needed to be, because the buses are not very regular and confusing.

Summary: It was a lovely stay, I would repeat it.
