Positive: Check in was very quick and easy. The hotel was very close to the venue.

Negative: The doors! For my hotel room that I was staying in my girls, the latch attached back to the door after closing it. We were there for a dance competition. We left the room want unbeknownst to me the door was locked with the top latch, latched to the door. Spent about 2 hours outside of my room when my girls had to be in bed at specific time due to the competition schedule and their early performances. At the end of the 2 hours the firemen came to get door open by cutting off the top latch. I did mention that particular to the manager who check me out upon leaving and was not offered a comped night for the inconvenience. All that was said was "that was the pool girl who was helping you. And we do have a tool to open the door when that happens".
