Summary: they was renovating the pool and we had kids they offered us our money back. but we was tired anyway.

Summary: The good: check in was great, staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Lots of places to eat nearby. The not so good: the internet is poor and when it rains the tv goes out. When we called the front desk about it, they said that there were 14 other rooms without tv, but they did offer to move us to another room( we declined). In the bathroom, the tub faucet was loose, which made it hard to pull the thingy up to turn on the shower. Shower was also pretty narrow, my husband didn’t care for the shampoo. We grabbed a cheesecake from the restaurant, overpriced and very small- looked like a Sara Lee cheesecake from the grocery store. We didn’t eat anything else from the restaurant, so I can’t review any of that.

Summary: We picked to this location due to the pool and hot tub. We always choose a place with a hot tub. When we got there we were notified that both were out of service. I have pictures. The bathroom was not clean. I counted at least two bugs in the bathroom... The laundry room was also out of service. The beds were horribly uncomfortable... Will never stay here again.

Summary: We checked in via text and were able to pick up keys and go directly to our room which was clean and comfortable. Hostess at desk was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to friends and family.

Summary: Checck-in was very slow. You need two people at the front desk. The front desk person had to many tasks to complete for just one person.

Summary: Great location. Most of the restaurants and businesses around the hotel are closed or for sale. Looks like the area was a going down. The hotel is in need of a renovation.
