Summary: The hotel was not confortable to me. The breakfast and meal options were insuffisantes and tasteless. There is no restroom at the hotel entrance. The staff were good and the rooms were reasonabley clean. The pool was quite small. I wont consider staying again. I left one day before. I requested a refund but received a negative response from you which did not satisfy me at all.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to the manager Yorby Urda . He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely dedicated to guests’ happiness.
