Positive: We loved the location and our room was nice.

Negative: Our plan for this vacation was to spend time at the pool with our grandson. We wanted to just have a lazy, relaxing getaway to swim and rest, but after we checked in to our room. We decided to go grab dinner then come back to swim afterwards, on our way out we wanted to see the pool area.... thats when we seen the pool was drained! I went to the front desk where I was told their pool had been down since January! When I booked there was nothing about the pool being down... matter fact the pool is the whole reason we picked this hotel. I was informed that since I booked with booking.com I would have to deal with them if I wanted to cancel or refund but id be charged for the night regardless. We will not be back here.

Summary: Great location. Friendly staff. Only disappointment was the pool/spa being closed.

Positive: I liked how clean, comfortable, and spacious the room was, how friendly and helpful the front desk staff was, how there was a restaurant in the hotel, the checkout time being later at 12pm, and the affordable price.

Negative: I didn't like that I was advertised that there would be a pool and hot tub, but neither of those were available.

Negative: When getting to my room and opening the door, hearing voices. The TV was on and that was a little disturbing. So I suggest on leaving it on. Also, the Starbucks closes early.
