Summary: Not a family friendly environment. The hotel pool area wreaked of marijuana every day/night. The room was not clean and had several areas with hair/soap scum in the bathroom. We were required to park off site and walk to the hotel with all of our luggage. There was never an opening for onsite parking. Overall not a great option for a family stay.

Summary: This place is expensive. It may say a price a night but with tax and fees its alot more. The problem I had out of this place is if you dont read the fine print you wont see they charge a destination fee!!! Per day!! Also, parking up the street is way cheaper than their parking. I forgot something in my car and I never realized how much of a pain it was if you do valet parking. I paid for 1 day and had to walk to my car 3 times because they rushed you getting your stuff out. I also had 3 kids with me THIS IS NOT A KID FRIENDLY PLACE UNLESS you are okay with your kids walking through weed smoke and other drug use, half naked woman and more. There is a club right by it and ALOT of homeless people. It did not feel safe to walk around passed 6pm.

Summary: For the price, which was lower than most near Americasmart, it was acceptable. Service in the restaurant was top notch. Valet was great and accommodating when I needed items from my car but didn't need my vehicle. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. It is bare necessity, a place to shower and lay your head only. Did not like the toilet. It never 'fully' flushed, I assume it is an eco friendly version. The area around the pool is beautiful....felt like I was in the French Quarter.

Summary: Never again! This hotel experience was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve experienced in a while. The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. The front desk did NIT answer guest services for the entire day. The rooms wreaked of mildew and all of the furniture was old and dirty. They didn’t even clean the rooms everyday. I will NEVER stay here again.

Summary: Overall, not so good but not terrible. Not enough drawer and closet space for two adults for six nights. Closet rods were too close to the floor to hang anything of any length without it resting on the floor. There was a shelf in the closet in the way of what we were able to hang. Drawers in the dresser were tiny so most of our things were stacked on TOP of the dresser. Restaurant food was okay but too expensive ($44 for a hot breakfast for one person, for example. Nothing fancy, just bacon and eggs. Would cost $10 at McDonalds.) Clean towels were only available on certain days of the week.
