Summary: The heating wasn’t working for some reason but the staff were amazing and moved me rooms very quickly and made sure I was very cozy! Staff are amazing!

Summary: Upgraded to an ‘accessible’ room. This would not be easily ‘accessible’ to a disabled person- the shower was in the bath (though there were adequate rails and handles in the bathroom) and there was nothing particularly helpful in the bedroom. This was bland and bare but for one picture, and All the mirrors were in the bathroom! The room was clean enough, but the was mould evident around the bathroom windows. The staff were lovely at reception and in the bar. The member at breakfast time needs more training. He was inattentive (didn’t offer coffee) and seemed keen to end the morning’s duties in the dining room.
