Positive: Country Village is a beautiful and peaceful place. Clean, tidy, with all the necessary content and large yard. The sandy beach nearby is a paradise for small chilldren. The water is shallow and warm, and there are a number of bars nearby. The host themselves are some of the nicest and kindest people you can meet. My family felt comfortable the whole time. We will definitely be back.

Positive: The very well equiped accommodation is located in a large garden with olive trees, two tables under large trees, a barbecue area, children's play area, outdoor shower and parking space. There were also tables at the house for a sunrise breakfast. With a bit of luck you could see flamingos and other birds, and even dolphins from the beach. The kilometer-long sandy beach was around 20 minutes away on foot (5 minutes by car). But the highlight were the hosts, who were extremely hospitable and helpful. When we arrived the fridge was already stocked (water, wine, beer) and had fruit, pastries, coffee, tea and jam. We thank Veta and Ionannis for their big hearts. We immediately felt at home.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: Perfect place to relax and unwind. Extremely friendly hosts. We will come again.

Positive: WORTH READING 'TIL THE END! Absolutely loved the entire place! Both, the house and the garden were exceptional! Not to mention the hosts - Elisaveta and her husband - incredible! They went out of their way to make us feel at home. I'll describe it in a little more detail as they really deserve it: 1. The House - like an art gallery (amazing!); all decorations are hand-made by Elisaveta who is a very talented artist! - we were welcomed with so much warmth (literally!): not only that we were given as a gift one of her beautiful artefacts which we now keep dearly on the table in our office, but she also waited for us with a delicious hot feta pie straight-out-the-oven <3 - equipped with everything a family needs - spacious enough - with a lovely terrace which has an awesome view over the lake and the sea - it has a second outdoor shower nicely decorated - everything is thought-through to the smallest detail (we had snacks and home-made jam and lemonade, and bottled water, and...wow!..a bottle of Greek wine in the fridge!) - the kids had plenty of board games to play and even they, though they're very young, they were really impressed by the decorations made by Elisaveta and also by the lovely birds nests on the terrace - this is a place harmoniously integrated with nature, boasting with creativity and inspiration - found in a great location, very close to the lakes with flamingos and ducks, and a 10-15 min walk to the Lagoon Beach (white sand & clear waters - amazing!), max 10 min by car to the nearest supermarkets and shops - North & South, Nea Potidaea & Nea Moudania - quiet and private area 2. The Garden - around 600 sqm (lots of space!

Negative: I had no more characters left to express what i liked about the property, so I am continuing here (as I don't have anything to dislike!) I really wanted to say lots of thanks to Elisaveta and her husband for accommodating us in such a greatly manner and also for the chocolate Easter eggs and the sweetbread for the kids they gifted at the end of our stay! We reckon we will see them again very soon! ;)

Summary: One of our best stays in the last 5 years! - It was all soooooo worth it!

Positive: Adorable little house ,10min away driving from town .A place to enjoy privacy serenity and relax .Wonder host ,warm and hospitable just as my grandma and grandpa .

Negative: Had to use car to go anywhere ,but this was not a problem as me and my wife drive .

Positive: Small village house with amazing garden. Perfect place for a family with pets and children. In the house there all needed kitchen appliances. It was very clean and cozy. For the hosts we are speechless- for all our vacations in Greece we got the best attitude and caring. For sure we will come back to try all the delicious food that was prepared especially for us. Thank you for making us feel like we are at home!

Negative: The house is a bit small for 4 adults, but it is perfect for two adults and two children.

Positive: We were here in August 2022. We stayed in a 2 room house owned by this Greek couple - some of the sweetest people you'll meet. They asked us on several occasions how do we feel, if there's anything else we need and were always careful to create a great experience for us. Really wonderful people. Now the house - one room has a Queen sized bed and the other 2 single beds. All beds are very comfortable. The house has its own fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven + cooktop, so you can prepare your meals here if you want. The bathroom comes with a shower and it was very clean. The house is rustic style with its own large yard and it was all ours. There is plenty of space to park at least 2 cars inside this yard. There are also a charcoal grill, a kids swing, a hammock and a large table there. We loved to have our breakfast on the veranda in front of the house. If we come back to Chalkidiki, this is where we'll stay :) At about 1km away there is Agiou Mama Beach - organized with sunbeds and umbrellas, beach bar and reasonable prices.
