Positive: The property layout worked fabulously for our 3 generations (6 adults & 4 children), the living spaces offered so much space for us to all be together comfortably. The games barn and hot tub were just perfect additions to make this an amazing place for us.

Positive: The property is absolutely beautiful, nestled into the end of the village with beautiful scenery surrounding. There was so much space - we were there with friends and some of us sat in the huge kitchen / diner on sofas chatting whilst another group watched a film in the lounge, others were in the hot tub and if we wanted there was a huge entertainment space in another barn. The Aga was easy to navigate once we’d read the welcome pack and we referred back to it when cooking, everyone said they slept really well - our bed was certainly very comfortable. Well placed for a day at the coast or visiting North Yorkshire Water Park. The host James was really welcoming and made us feel instantly at home.

Summary: Amazing space for a large group of friends and family, we had a brilliant time

Positive: We are just back from a wonderful week at Brunetona. Host was great, very helpful and friendly. The house itself is beautiful, really warm and inviting and we used every part of it. There were so many extras like cooking equipment, we hadn’t expected, a warm utility to dry a few wet clothes we had and a mini library. The games room was a huge plus for our multi generational group. And we made use of the hot tub. All in all the holiday was a great success, we will definitely be back.

Positive: We are a family of eleven - grandparents to new baby - four families - so we required seven bedrooms The accommodation was perfect for us Room for us all to be together and also if needed space to be on our own - Grandad needed a couple of power naps 😂 The barn itself - immaculate - two of the families slept here - with so much space A separate barn to sleep two of the families - again with so much space The kitchen a beautiful cooking and eating space - we stayed around the kitchen table after every evening meal - just being together The games barn was perfect Outside space - just beautiful Hot tub an added bonus Everything you think you need is already there James was so helpful We stayed for a weekend but not one of us wanted to come home We had already planned two trips out, the second one we came back early just to be at the house, which speaks volumes In my opinion if you make a booking you cannot fail to be impressed!

Positive: fantastic accommodation with lots of charm and beautiful characteristics. Bedrooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Lots of rooms with en-suites and two had baths!.. the outside area was absolutely beautiful and spacious which was also fully enclosed so that the dogs could roam freely. The use of the outside hot tub and new game room was the icing on the cake! The hosts quite clearly make an enormous effort to ensure their guests have absolutely everything they need for their stay!

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property

Positive: Large property with great outdoor space. Very good facilities. Clean, quiet and warm. Owner very helpful. Met us at the property and gave us a thorough guide. Outdoor BBQ. Some treats left for the kids which was a lovely touch.
