Summary: Nice hotel, comfy bed & plenty of space in the room. Nice to have an extra sink & fridge with decent size freezer. Breakfast was good, hot items - eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles. When things ran out (yogurt) they were not replenished. Overall a good value in a really scenic area.

Summary: A balance of efficient & paltry led to no soap for the sink. I n eded to use the liquid soap from a dispenser affixed to the shower wall to wash my hands in the sink across the room. Eco-friendly - Radisson could make more progress by eliminating plastic and styrofoam cups and replacing them with paper. The lobby entrance is homely, but the room was more contemporary. Very quiet

Summary: They could not accommodate a 30 min early check in so we could catch our shuttle ride to a wedding. When we returned T 11 pm, no one was at the desk so we waited 10-15 min for someone to return to the desk. Our calls went unanswered. The hotel lobby and halls were in rough shape and dirty. Two of the three staff interactions were with rude employees. Overall, this property was not worth the top dollar they charged.

Summary: Staff was amazing. Helpful and responsive to any and all requests. The room we had definitely had 'partiers' before us; empty condom boxes, stains on the couch cushions, and a used syringe were found in the bedside drawer. While you can't stop guests from certain activities, cleaning up after them would be appreciated. We are not uploading pictures but do have them should management have any concerns.

Summary: Front desk team was very friendly and accommodating. One thing of note, there is NOT a gym in the hotel. They partner with anytime fitness which is a 3 min drive. Anytime was awesome but if you don’t have a car obviously would be a minor inconvenience. Rooms are ok. Not many creature comforts but that is this brand. Not a slam against the hotel. But you get what you pay for.

Summary: We didn’t get to stay but yet had to pay for 2 nights .. I could not get in contact with a real person to cancel our stay… always a recording that would tell me it couldn’t help me

Summary: The aisles had a smell that the best way * can describe it, dirty socks. On top of that the maintenance team was doing renovation next door and I couldn't take a nap. I did let know management.

Summary: The staff was very kind and friendly! The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was hot and delicious! We also enjoyed the pool!

Summary: Breakfast was great, room was quiet, bed wasn’t fantastic but it’s really tough to beat the mattress I’m used to at home. Linens were clean and soft and exactly what was needed on a hot summer night with the a/c blasting. Downside was that I had two extra charges on my card that I had to call to have fixed. Either way we’ll be staying here again.
