Summary: Room was clean and comfortable. The staff came into the room one day of our 4 night stay and dumped the bathroom trash and removed some of the dirty towels but did not replenish the towels or empty trash from in the room itself or make the bed.

Summary: It is a great facility. When we arrived and the next morning the front desk staff were rude. When we left the next crew was very helpful and understanding. Some specifics were we were delayed by one day arriving due to an over turned 18 wheel truck overturned closing a remote Oregon highway for several hours. We called the hotel letting them know we could not get there that night and we also coordinated with Expedia but keep our reservation for the following night. Next evening we arrived and our reservation was canceled. They did find a room but the next day our room cards were canceled prior to our checkout time making it difficult to load our car. At checkout we were told we were scheduled to leave the next day begging the question why our cards expired early. Good facility but questionable counter staff.

Summary: The girl who checked us in was awesome. She was so friendly and cool. Very helpful with giving us any info we needed. Room was super nice. Bed was so comfy. Wish we brought a bathing suit because the pool looked so nice. Especially because it was so hot out. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We stayed one night. It was great, from the time we checked in to the time we checked out! The hotel was clean, the pull was nice, the breakfast was a great bonus! I’d recommend this place!

Summary: It was very nice, clean and spacious. One morning after I got my bowl of cereal, they said they were out of milk. The next morning, The next morning, the coffee was empty. I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to bring out more. Breakfast is until 9:30, but they quit bringing out food earlier and you just scrounge around finding what’s left.

Summary: Any service i asked at the front desk was additional cost as I had booked my room through a third party company, so even a water bottle would as $2 per bottle but if i had booked with them directly everything was free for me.no where on the website was it mentioned that this is what i would get for using hotels.com
