Negative: Only one elevator was working plus it was very slow! Couldn't find stairs nearby also. Shower curtain was a bit smelly.

Positive: The hotel manager greeted us and since we had a bit of time before check in, she recommended a great restaurant in town for brunch. We then had a lovely early afternoon walking around and then she accommodated us with an early check in.
