Positive: Breakfast availability. Location. Friendly breakfast staff and front desk staff.
Negative: Poor poor management! All very young, and seemingly inexperienced. Poor facilities, ac wasn’t working well, room assignments were incorrect in computer causing confusion between travelers and staff. Definitely needs better management. I think it had potential to be a better hotel!

Positive: The staff was very accommodating and with great energy. Front desk clerk Amanda really made us feel welcomed and had some yummy cookies freshly baked.The cook Rea was very nice and when we had an issue, she was there to help.
Negative: Well for the price its a great bargain. They were going through changes in management when I got there and was in the middle of some upgrades I was told. I wasn’t expecting a full size bed advertised as a queen which was very shocking but they accommodated us in different ways. Its not a getaway honeymoon stay but very close to GSU and as a parent who is traveling to see my child I find it very suitable.

Positive: Front desk staff
Negative: The property was not set up like the usual SpringHill brand. The facility lobby was smaller, dark, and a bit uninviting. The room was smaller than normal, and the TV was oddly placed. There was barely room to walk. The sofa bed could not be opened fully without having to move the entertainment center because it landed in top of it. The soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower was displaced, and instead of repairing it, it was leaned against the shower wall.
