Positive: Good location, friendly staff, homemade chocolate chip cookies for a hungry traveler, who has been on two flights by the time he got to the hotel. Big bed.

Negative: No maid service. They say they only do main service once every three days but that’s ridiculous and it’s the reason I won’t stay there again.

Summary: No maid service equals no me coming back.

Positive: Easy access, rooms are comfortable and reasonably quiet. Nothing fancy but it’s perfect for quick trips.

Negative: Breakfast needs work. It is possible to screw up scrambled eggs and sausage and overcook hash browns. You need someone who actually somewhat gives a damn about the food.

Summary: Breakfast aside, I’ll be back. Good value and accommodations.

Positive: Great location to shopping

Negative: Considerably more expensive since the last time we were here and significantly more expensive than Fargo over the same time frame. Clothes from previous people were still in our room so concerned about how well the cleaning was done. Breakfast has gone downhill, less options, potatoes not cooked every day no fresh fruit. Again more options in Fargo sister hotel. Had second charge that staff couldn’t explain and tell me it will “fall off”. Unfortunate

Positive: Breakfast was good and a good variety.

Negative: Water pressure in the shower was terrible! It was so bad that I had to get on my knees and put my head under the faucet to try and get the shampoo snd conditioner out! I had my own room. I went down for the weekend for a granddaughter’s hockey tournament and I paid over $500 for 2 nights and it was just me! I think that’s ridiculous! Also, they wouldn’t give me a discount for being a senior because I booked with you…so unfair! Please change your policy or I will not book with you again! I will let friends and family know that..,
