Summary: The people waiting on us were friendly when they were at the welcome desk. Several times when we walked through the lobby, no one was around, even if I had a request. The worst part of our stay was the condition of our room. It was quite dusty and dirty, especially the phone. The floors had clearly not been cleaned as there was quite a bit of hair in several places, especially the bathroom. The shower had also not been cleaned - it was very dingy and had hair on the floor. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Summary: Great hotel. Staff is always friendly. We stayed in the parlor double queen suite. Room was huge. Beds are firm, if that is your preference. Bathroom needed a small amount of work. Shower head was a little leaky and dated. Large tub shower combo. Direct TV. Large tv. Pool and hot tub are great. Bice breakfast. No elevator (jsyk) no problem for us but be aware. Great location, out of town but within 5 min of everything. Have stayed jere many times and plan on going again

Summary: Delicious breakfast. Loved that the hotel was right next to a bike trail head - we used many times during our stay. Vending machine only works with a card, no cash. TV in room was very poor visual quality. A little dangerous pulling onto the highway from the hotel - fast traffic from left - be very cautious. Pros very much outweigh cons, and we would abaolutely stay here again.
