Summary: They were going through some construction in the front lobby and the room was the closest to the lobby so there were a lot of noises.

Summary: The pool was out of order. The room had large sticky stains on the carpet. The common areas appeared dusty and the carpet is beyond its useful life. This place is in need of renovation.

Summary: We were notifed only two days before our trip that the water park was going to be closed so that was kind of a let down. The staff was friendly enough. The beds are not comfortable at all. The room was clean.

Summary: Booked our hotel last December for the draft. Chose the hotel based on the pool, because we were having a birthday celebration. We would have booked elsewhere for the same price months in advance before the draft if the pool is not available. We called a month before the draft to make sure there was no scheduled maintenance for the pool and we were told there was not. We called a week before the draft to make sure there was no scheduled maintenance on the pool and there was not. Two days later we received a call from the hotel telling us they were scheduled maintenance on the pool for the next few months. They asked if we wanted to cancel as we were paying draft prices, I pointed out that to get a hotel anywhere else would be more expensive than what we we had already paid at $500 a night. Again, they suggested we cancel if we didn’t want to pay draft prices. We checked and the prices for the hotel room were much higher than what we had originally paid. We ended up staying there, and were disappointed by the lack of breakfast items that were guaranteed in addition to the lack of pool. We even only had two out of the original five people scheduled to attend because the pool was closed. Overall, very disappointed with the lack of communication and the last-minute maintenance. Very disappointed because it seemed they wanted us to cancel so that they could have open rooms that they could then charge for higher prices. We will definitely not be back.

Summary: The website says waterpark, pool and hot tub. Those are all being renovated and not available. We did receive a call at 10am the day of our reservation and we did take the offer of a fully refund. My son stayed there the night we were supposed to and was not called nor offered a refund. He said the breakfast was minimal and inadequate to be called a free breakfast. Waffles, toast and fruit. He was told the breakfast kitchen was also under renovation.

Summary: Booked this property online,was not informed that pools and no breakfast due to the construction..then get to the room climb in bed and the sheets were dirty.. they couldn't do anything because it was too late at nite. There was no water pressure and the water wasn't hot! Also my lamp on my side of the bed didnt work..Also they wouldn't allow me to get a refund,when i didnt get what i wanted according to my booking...
