Summary: This is a lovely spacious property on the outskirts of the village of Eixo. Facilities in the villa are great and it is spacious, clean and really good for families. You need a car to go out. There's not much in the village but a short drive to Aveiro and we found a small water park on the coast. A really good comfortable family holiday place.

Summary: A warm welcome by host’s parents. Host was very flexible and polite. We are a family with five children in variously ages. And they all agreed that this was one of the best places we have rented. The whole Family enjoyed the stay. The house is in general well equipped. On the property there is an area for basketball/volleyball/football which truly was brilliant and used every evening (remember to bring/buy own balls as only the basketball worked) as well as the well equipped indoor room with several activities options. The pool was great. We had a truly nice family holiday. Only minor details to remark: The cleaning was not optimum, some of the beds where a bit uncomfortable and the house in general is a bit worn out. But all in all a really great stay. And we can highly recommend this property. A good advice in general for the Portuguese West coast: Be very careful at the beaches with children as the sea it is relatively wild, cold and dangerous compared to i.e. the Mediterranean.

Summary: The house and garden are really superb. Everything is comfortable and in good shape. Very nice furniture. There are 3 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The pool and the sport areas for indoor and outdoor activities are amazing. We (4 adults and 2 teens) spent a wonderful week in this house and relaxed very well. The kontakt to the owner was very nice, friendly and reliable. Mrs. Simoes answered always very promptly and asked of everything is allright. The family is very nice too. We had a warm welcome that made us feel home.
