Positive: This is THE place you need to relax ! Nice house in a big park in the shade of oak trees. Very nice for the kids : footbal pitch, tons of blackberries to eat in summer, chickens, rabbits, ... And you drink the famous Nepi sparkling thermal water from the tap :-)

Positive: The location is amazing! Best place to have relax and "reboot" - it quiet and energizing at the same time! Alessandro is an extremely friendly and positive host - he met us and showed everything. Both country house and area around are magnificent, interior is very cozy and authentic. Kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of dishes and other tableware (this is not always in other apartments like this), everything was super clean. Pictures fully correspond to reality. We would stay there much longer if this would be possible (maybe even the rest of our life :))) ) If one day we would be in Lazio again, then we know where we stay!

Negative: There was nothing which you could dislike there :) Just few comments: 1 - exact GPS for this place (entry gates to the area): 42.20563, 12.34706 (otherwise you can face some difficulties to find the entry) 2 - we missed additional small saucepan (pentola) and additional smaller fry pan (padella) in the kitchen for cooking 3 - if you are not Italian, then please be ready to speak "English-Italian-finger" language, because for this moment Alessandro is not fluent in English. But this does not make him less positive host at all - just bringing additional color :)

Positive: Location was very pretty and peaceful. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took care of every request we had. We did not spend much time on the property but I think it could be a lovely family get away.

Negative: Cannot think of anything. Maybe it is a bit hard to find at first because Google maps does not recognize the correct street. One more suggestion, I would include a bit more kitchenware.

Summary: Lovely get away, wish I had more time to enjoy it.
