It also features spacious yards and a back patio for private outdoor dining.

It's the gateway to Leelanau County including the Sleeping Bear Dunes, as well as many miles of beaches and parks on Lake Michigan. We're also a short distance from the TART recreational trail

Summary: This property is called grandmas house and it does not disappoint. Everything is cute and vintage but super comfortable. Great spaces for hanging out and enough beds to have a group. Back yard was perfect for the pups and location is close enough to town to be convenient! Would recommend to anyone

Summary: Great location. Close to everything but not in the busiest parts which I appreciate as I’m looking to get away from that when I head up north. Quiet and wooded. Would stay here again.

Summary: The house was as expected based on the description and reviews, and it met our needs. It was fairly outdated and smelled a little musty, but it was clean. In particular, the bathroom was somewhat updated and very clean which was appreciated. The outside areas were great and spacious. The host was super nice and helpful and very responsive.

Summary: Tim was an excellent and responsive host. He had everything we could ask for ready for our stay, even down to providing firewood and kindling in the fire pit. The location is a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown Traverse City. The yard was really pretty and it was a peaceful setting. The house might be a little outdated but it was clean and comfortable and cozy. The only negative we had was that I didn’t realize it didn’t have an AC unit, just a fan that would circulate cold air from the basement through the house. We had a couple of warm days where it was over 80 in the house. Thankfully we spent those days out at the beach and it would cools down enough for us to sleep comfortably with the windows open. For the price though, we had a really nice stay and would recommend.
