2 Bedroom House in Traverse City

Great for small family or 2 couples...or a single couple wanting room to roam. 4 adults max plus small child. Decorated Mid-Century modern to match the style of the home.
Major remodel completed late spring 2016. High end features, not your usual vacation rental in this area. 1100 sq ft open floor plan with oversized 2 car attached garage. Everything brand new including all appliances, fixtures, furniture, beds, bedding etc. 2BR, 1 & 1/2 bath.
Central air. All new electrical, plumbing and mechanicals, everything to modern code for your safety and comfort.
Spectrum cable internet (100 Mbps free wifi), Hulu Live, Disney +, Max, Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as Amazon Music included. 49 inch Samsung series 8 smart TV.
2 nearly identical bedrooms (12 x 12) with large walk in closets. 1 large spa-like bath (8 x 10) with large tub/shower combo. 2 sinks on 8 ft counter. Full size washer and dry on main floor near half bath mudroom area garage entry.
Good water views from large picture windows. Very nice well developed roadside park across the street with picnic tables and access to water on West Bay if you're bringing kayaks.
Wide deep lot with mature trees. House is set back from the road with long circle drive for safe exits. Great if you're towing a boat.
Large very private shaded back yard with new large concrete patio, grill and fire pit...serene..beautiful in a very simple way with lots of myrtle and ivy. Vintage Woodard dining set. Tall steep tree covered hill beyond back yard with no houses above (we own the top of the hill for something like another 400ft). Climb it if you'd like to look around.
Another patio out front with table for two....morning coffee, sunrise over the bay.
Close enough to downtown TC and very convenient to explore all the great things Leelanau County has to offer.
Please note that we are now being regulated by local government and we must comply to maintain our license to operate .... so you must also. It's easy. Basically, don't disturb the neighbors. No events or parties. No RVs, tents, campers. If you invite guests they must leave during quiet hours. 10 pm - 8 am weekdays, 11 pm weekends.

Summary: I stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon, Tammy was extremely quick to respond and helpful. The home was spacious and clean, very well stocked with anything you can think of. It was just perfect for what we needed! Tammy had left us some nice goodies in the fridge as a honeymoon gift as well which was incredibly sweet of her, we would definitely stay at Tammy’s property again.

Summary: This place was awesome. The host made everything easy. Far enough away from the hub bub to get some quiet, but close enough to everything to make it convenient. The place was clean, check-in was easy, and host was available for emergencies, if needed (we didn't). Really good experience!

Summary: What a wonderful house. Decorated very fun and comfortably. It is obvious that the hosts care if you have a nice time. They went above and beyond to provide extra, such as built us a bonfire and left us a bottle of wine and plenty of paper products. There iis a beautiful view of tve lake from the front of the house and a private and lovely outdoor space complete with bonfire! We would absolutely come back!

Summary: Nicely remodeled small home that is surprising spacious inside. Everything was as shown in the listing, and all the furniture and linens were of good quality. Lovely backyard, plus a small beach just across M22. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
