Summary: Having visited the area at least every year for the last 20 years we can say without hesitation that this was the best of all. The garden is magnificent, the location superb; close to Limoux and all that it offers yet enjoying a quiet peaceful situation.

Summary: On our arrival we were met by Jeff and Juani who showed us around the gite and pool area. The owners spoke little English, but with some Google translation and hand gestures we got on great. The couple are so friendly and more than happy to suggest places to visit in this stunning part of France. We discovered the real France with places we would of never found due to their help. Whist the gite is situated with in the owners grounds that certainly does not affect your privacy at all. Pomas is a small village just a few miles from Limoux so a car is essential. All supermarkets, restaurants, etc are with a 10 min drive. The gite is very well equipped but maybe one suggestion would be that the welcome brochure is also in English due to the gite being advertised to the UK holidaymaker. We had a fabulous relaxing break.
