Positive: Location is good for visit jurassic Coast. Only 10 minutes drive. Nice and quiet for short break.

Negative: The sink in room 4 very small. The lead of kettle could be a bit longer as it's awkward for using.

Positive: The owners were lovely and very accommodating, breakfast was lovely and the room was pleasant enough.

Negative: A very noisy road outside the property was hard to deal with as the widows needed to be open slightly because of the warm weather. The price was more than I expected, but with the summer holidays in full swing, it was most likely the going rate. Aware that prices are inflated at this time of year. The kettle cable barely reached the plug socket to make a drink. The end of the bed frame sticks out and quickly catches your shin as you walk past; there is not enough room to avoid it.

Summary: Pleasant enough but pricey, the ergonomics of the room require a little attention.

Positive: We had a great short break, hosts very friendly and helpful, house very clean, bed very comfortable, perfect location for exploring coastal path, very tasty breakfast, lovely view from room, warm and cozy place, private parking, nothing to moan about, many thanks.

Positive: Good location close to the Jurassic Coast. Irene and Vince are hospitable without being intrusive. The accommodation is clean, beds are comfortable and there are plenty of cupboards and wardrobes for storage. Despite only staying four nights, our towels were changed mid-stay. The breakfast is continental with home baked bread and good quality coffee.

Negative: I was perfectly satisfied with my booking, but guests should be aware the breakfast is continental, the bedrooms are not en-suite and there is no EV charge point. That said, nearby Dorchester is well-equipped for public charging.

Positive: Good choice for continental breakfast: cereals, yoghurt, hot croissants, home made bread for toast, ham & cheese. Fruit too. Loved the fact that there was a separate area for guests with a fridge where we could put water and food. Great views from breakfast table
