Positive: The owner is very nice and communicative. He asked a few times if we needed anything. The villa itself is very big, clean and equipped. Very big kitchen fully equipped. Nice patio with a barbecue. Very private with beautiful mountain views.

Negative: We came off ski season and some city shops and restaurants close early.

Positive: Very cooperative and friendly owner. Amazing facilities like fire place and all equipment in kitchen. IT FELT LIKE HOME! If you want to turn on heater in summers, you can pay 40GEL to turn on heater in summers and 20GEL for wood, But you don’t need to pay in winters.

Negative: Washrooms were not Muslim friendly because of the absence of a bidet.

Positive: The cabin is clean and large, beautiful, and the place and view are beautiful. The place is quiet. I recommend it

Negative: One of the problems I faced was that the pillows needed to be changed, as did the covers, and there was no door to the outside yard, which caused a lot of dogs to enter

Positive: This cottage is a great choice for a group of friends of a few families. There were 10 of us (3 children), and each family had a comfortable bedroom of their own. What really amused us were the kitchen amenities: there was everything from the oven to the can openers and baking dishes. The host was ready to help and always in touch with us. Even when we had some difficulties, they were resolved quickly.

Negative: There weren't enough bed sheet sets for every guest, which we unfortunately only noticed around 11 pm. I advise checking this during check-in.
