The house is located in the quiet hamlet of San Lorenzo di Budoni, just 35 km from Olbia, in a strategic position: not far from the sea but far from confusion and noise, the perfect refuge to find calm and serenity, close to some of the the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. The house, pleasantly surrounded by greenery and with a partial view of the sea, is of recent construction. It is independent, but not isolated, and is equipped with every comfort. The external part consists of a garden planted with lawn and hedges, a beautiful private illuminated swimming pool and finally a covered veranda where you can have lunch or dinner and relax in an armchair. With three bedrooms, one double with bathroom and two twins, a second bathroom with shower, a spacious room with sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen, it can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The rooms are spacious and functional and furnished with taste and elegance. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, TV, satellite dish, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, parking, deck chairs and sun loungers, outdoor table with outdoor chairs and armchairs.

Summary: We had a really good holiday at Silvia‘s house and beastly good because of the many animals that showed up. The garden and pool is wonderful, it is very easy to relax, the house is furnished in a modern style and especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Silvia is very friendly and always helped directly with questions or was easily accessible. The location is good, but there are some dogs in the area, which bark in the evening/at night. However, the windows of the house are so good that you can't hear them when the windows are closed. There is also air conditioning in the house. For this reason it is easy to find a solution for it. @Silvia: thanks for your good care, we have felt very comfortable at your house and had a wonderful holiday. All the best for you!

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Silvia's. Great location for exploring lots of Sardinia, a lovely pool for relaxing in, and a villa with everything you could possibly need! Silvia was also extremely helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend! The only negative we have is that as there was no WiFi we assumed 4G would have been good but found that we struggles to get any Internet or phone reception for the majority of our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Summary: Wish it was ours l Very impressed with Silvia,she answered any questions we had & promptly too!!Enjoyed the pool immensely,bbq was enjoyed as much as poss,even buying a 2nd bag of charcoal.wifi would have been useful to help plan excursions and look at websites.A few tips to help next visitors,a better iron as we ruined a few of our items of clothing,maybe some more clothes hangers would be useful too.Overall,very nicely presented property in a quaint Hamlet not very far from Budoni Beach which we enjoyed on a daily basis,would love to go back.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this villa for 8 nights with our 1 year old. The grandparents also joining us for the last half of the holiday. There was plenty of space for us all and the rooms all had sufficient storage for our clothes. It was beautifully clean throughout and everything you needed was there. Bonuses being a travel cot with a thick mattress rather then the normal thin base and a high chair! Silvia was always at the end of the phone if needed and we also had a local contact if anything was to go wrong. Check in and check out was smooth and she even allowed us a later check out which with a 1 year old really helped! You need to hire a car with the villa but it’s in a lovely spot with amazing views of the mountains and a 10/15 minute drive to different shops, towns and beaches. I don’t think the pictures do this villa justice it really is beautiful and we had the best holiday here!! We would definitely return if we come back to Sardinia!!!
