Positive: Great location and privacy due to being down a dead end road. Perfect location for Cheltenham and days out in the Cotswolds. Property was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay

Negative: We were unable to use the hot tub for the final two evenings due to the smell of the chemical we were told to put in the hot tub on Wednesday morning. Would recommend not putting any chemicals in until stay is over.

Summary: Overall me and my partner were very happy with our stay, just a bit disappointed with the hot tub situation.

Positive: The annex was a lovely place to stay. Very clean. Loved the little touches of milk/eggs on arrival. Facilities were excellent, they thought of everything. We loved the technology, especially the blinds. Outdoor area was perfect. The welcome book is so detailed which we really appreciated and was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: Lovely cosy little place, very clean. Hot tub lovely and nice quiet location. Local pub does excellent food

Negative: Garden isn’t totally secure so if taking dogs do be vigilant as I found out when I was ready to leave that part of the garden behind the shed has a big gap which my dogs got out! Luckily they are not roomers and came back but considering it’s a main road up the lane could have been fatal. Hopefully owners address this and secure it 🙏
